This fun, flirty cap sleeved chemise is made for on or off the shoulder wear (it sits best just on your shoulder joint, almost off but not quite).  It is made in light, airy 100% cotton broadcloth for breathability and ease of care.  All seams are serged.  It features small ruffles and soft stretch baby elastic at the neckline and armbands and falls to approximately hip length, depending on height.  This style of chemise looks lovely with Wench bodices as well as more ornate Victorian corsets. In some photos, it is shown with a ribbon tied around the waist. This is not part of the garment, I simply wanted to give the chemise a little shape on the dressform.

Garment Care: Machine wash (separately for the first few washes) in cold water on delicate cycle, tumble dry with low heat.  Cool iron when necessary (thread is polyester, please use care when ironing to be sure that you do not put a hot iron on the stitching).
